What stood on site, and when
Photographs by the developer's site team, each visit with its date: the show villa from roof to finishing, then the lane and the next villa.
Drone over the lane
The lane is concreted end to end. At its head stand the finished show villa and the concrete frame of the next villa; below them the ground is cleared, with reinforcement cages and an excavator on the plots.

Facade rendered and painted, windows in, the pool being tiled. Inside, the floors are under protection boards and the master bathroom is fitted with its freestanding bath.

02Build and pay
THB 200,000 holds a villa; the rest follows the build
After the reservation and 30% at the contract, the developer asks for 15% four times — each when a construction stage you can see is complete — and 10% at the handover.
